My experience here:  Largely ups. Meeting new people,lots of physical exercise, humidity, biking , practicing Spanish, shopping and cooking own food, time spent with family, and other. .

Sometimes at loss. But a walk on beach and all is well. My experience is like the constant and steadying ebb and flow of ocean waves.
